Updated: 04 September 2025

These Terms relate to the use of the Lanterns on Ice iOS and Android App produced by Flo-culture in partnership with the Wallington National Trust team.

  • Lanterns on Ice is produced in partnership with the Wallington National Trust team by Flo-culture, trading as Turas Engagement Partners Ltd. We are a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16634318), with our registered office at Church Hall, 53 Church Street, East Boldon, NE36 0SJ.

  • These Terms of Use explain how you may use the Lanterns on Ice mobile app (the 'App'), what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  • Apple (iOS) and Google (Android) regularly update their operating systems, which can impact how apps work. To keep your apps running smoothly, we will automatically update them when third-party software updates occur.

  • The information and content in the App (including text, images, graphics, and design) are provided for your general interest and enjoyment. While we make every effort to keep things accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that everything is always correct or current. Content may change without notice.

  • The App may link to other websites, apps, or resources provided by third parties. These links are for your convenience only – we don’t control them and we’re not responsible for their content. If you choose to buy goods or services from a third-party site or partner, your agreement is with them, not us.

  • All rights in the App and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may view, download, or print material from the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, or share the App’s content for commercial purposes without our permission. If you breach these terms, your right to use the App will end immediately, and you must delete any copies you hold.

  • The App is free to use. You are responsible for making sure your device, internet connection, and software are suitable for accessing the App. Any data charges from your provider are your responsibility.

We aim to keep the App available and working smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or virus-free. Access may be suspended or changed without notice. We’re not responsible if your device stops being compatible after an update.

  • Please use the App responsibly. You must not:
    - Break any law while using the App.
    - Use the App for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
    - Upload offensive, unlawful, or misleading content.
    - Upload viruses, malware, or anything that could damage systems.
    - Try to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the App or related systems.

If you contribute content (e.g. through connected social media), it must be accurate, respectful, lawful, and must not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove any inappropriate content and suspend your use of the App.

  • Nothing in these Terms removes or limits our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

    We are not responsible for:
    - Losses or damages you suffer from using (or not being able to use) the App.
    - Losses from relying on information in the App.
    - Business-related losses such as lost profit, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
    - Issues caused by viruses, harmful software, or linked third-party websites.

If you use the App as a consumer, please note it is provided for personal enjoyment only, not business use.Item description

  • We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, best practice, or the App itself. The date at the top of this document shows when it was last updated. If you continue to use the App after updates, you agree to the new Terms.
