Simple process

Creating your AR digital tour app is fast and easy

Suggestion: Begin with a 2.5 hour team (onsite or online) workshop, and we will take care of everything else until testing. This approach effectively manages team time commitments while ensuring their ideas and input are valued.

Week 1

1. Getting started

We will work with you to:

  • Decide on the challenge or quest you want to set

  • Select the objects/stories you want to showcase in your tour or quest

  • Draft clues and pick artefacts and AR rewards

This work can be completed during a half-day workshop with your team or by your team independently using templates we provide.

We will confirm subscription plan and set-up design costs at the end of this stage.

Week 2- 4

2. Design

Based on your 'Getting started' work, we will draft and agree designs for your:

  • App design theme – icons, headers, footers etc

  • Artefacts and AR rewards

We will also be guided by any branding requirements and relevant assets you have produced previously.

You can of course use your own design team to carry out this work. 

 

Week 5 - 7

3. Publish & Promote

We will work with you to:

  • Test your app and make any adjustments

When you are happy, we will:

  • Publish your app on the app stores

And you will:

  • Promote your amazing new AR digital tour/quest experience.

You will be able to update and add clues and rewards to you tour/quest whenever you want using your dedicated content management system (CMS).
