Alston Explorer — helping families discover the North Pennines AONB

What happens when you put the design of a heritage app in the hands of local schoolchildren? We worked with the North Pennines AONB Partnership and a class of Year 6 pupils from Alston to create a GPS-guided digital walking trail that gives families a reason to explore every corner of one of England's highest market towns.
